Arcadia Biz Dev is the new brand name for Jogo Consulting S.L., a company founded in 2000 by Javier Ortiz. It is Javier's independent consulting office, providing extensive experience in strategic consulting, market penetration, revenue and company growth, business acceleration, financing rounds and more.

Arcadia Biz Dev specialises in opening new markets and growing businesses . We service European, American, Middle East and Australian companies as they expand into other territories, mainly Latin America and Europe.

Javier has traveled and worked in more than 25 countries around the world in various sectors, cultivating a very extensive and high influence network.

He is an entrepreneur and investor in various digital and real estate projects and a consultant specialised in growth and business development.

He has lead commercial and operations teams and specialised in management, biz dev and generation + implementation of new revenue streams, strategic partnerships and alliances.

 He currently lives in Costa Rica where he runs his own solo remote operation as international strategic consultant and growth specialist for companies around the world.

Prior to  Arcadia Biz Dev he joined Central America’s No. Online marketplace Encuentra24 team in 2019 as Chief Revenue Officer.

Before moving to Central America he was a partner and CRO of Mitula Group, a company with operations in 56 countries, 300 million visits per month and more than 60 million dollars in revenue, where he contributed to converting it into a leading company in digital classifieds, culminating in the IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange and later acquired by Japanese media and aggregation giant Lifull.

Javier has a BA  in International Business Administration and Marketing. He is fluent in 6 languages.
